All of our marble designs are custom made to order and therefore carry an average turnaround time of 7-8 working days, which will begin from the next working day after order placement.

Shipping Coverage
Vision Homes currently delivers across the United Arab Emirates. Free shipping is available on all orders within the UAE.

Delivery
Once your order has been processed and dispatched you will be notified with tracking details. Delivery times may vary depending on your location within the UAE. Vision Homes is not responsible for delays caused by external factors outside our control.

Natural Stone Disclaimer
Natural stones are products of nature; variations in color, pattern, texture and veining are unavoidable. The uniqueness of each stone is what makes it beautiful. Photos are a representation and colors may vary.

Damaged Items
In case of damage or cracking during transit it is our full responsibility to resolve it. Please contact us immediately upon receiving a damaged item with clear photographs and we will arrange a resolution at no cost to you.
