How long does delivery take?
All pieces are custom made to order. Standard processing time is 7-8 working days from the next working day after order placement.
Can I return my order?
Our products are not eligible for return or exchange. Please reach out to us before ordering if you need guidance on selecting the right piece.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Contact us immediately with photos of the damage. Any damage caused during transit is our full responsibility to resolve.
