Our products are not eligible for return, replacement, exchange or refund. We want you to love your purchase and we are here to ensure you are satisfied with your choice — please feel free to reach out to our customer care team before placing your order if you need any assistance with your selection.

Damaged Items
In case of damage or cracking during transit it is our full responsibility to resolve it. Please contact us immediately upon receiving a damaged item with photos and we will arrange a fix or replacement at no cost to you.

Delivery Policy — Standard Processing Times
All of our marble designs are custom made to order and therefore carry an average turnaround time of 7-8 working days, which will begin from the next working day after order placement.

Natural Stone Disclaimer
Natural stones are products of nature; variations in color, pattern, texture and veining are unavoidable. The uniqueness of each stone is what makes it beautiful. Photos are a representation and colors may vary.
